We use Subversion for developing our website. Subversion, or svn for short, is a version control system that is similar to CVS. It allows many people to work on the same project and at the same time keep track of all of the changes. Another great advantage is that we can very easily update the live website to the latest version. phpBB itself actually uses svn for its development. The svn repository (central server) of our site is hosted over at assembla. The main reason we chose assembla is for the use of private repositories.
On the home page you can see the latest log messages. If you like, you can also subscribe to the RSS feed.
