When i try submitting my article it keeps telling me thats the URL name is not valid.

What is a valid URL name?!?

For the kb URL names you may only use lowercase characters and _. Let me add that as description ;).

To prevent errors from people not completing the instructions correctly, you should automatically set it to lowercase with strtolower()

I sent an article yesterday, it is small tutorial to create menu ftom tabs. I dont know if you have to check it and approve it, but i dont see it in articles :) Can i post more articles with small tutorials? I did it for phpbbfan.com and I post them here too :)

Yes, articles go into a queue that is managed by our KB team. Articles should be tutorials on aspects of modding.
