Really need help with this one

I have a problem and cant get passed it any clues what to do ?

Use onscreen keyboard, Simple...

This problem is while the bios is checking so there is no onscreen keys until windows starts and that wont start.

Use the letter F and press the number 5

Reboot your electrical panel.

Usb't there a F2 key you can hit to go into your BIOS while booting up? Then check your settings in there and save, reboot.
