I Survived Christmas

Postby Ooopsie » 26 Dec 2011, 13:32

I survived Christmas!! :woot:

No travel at all this year. Stayed home and the wife made a nice roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes and candied carrots.

It was a peaceful day for a change.

Merry Day After Christmas.

Yep, no travel here either. Made a Turkey and a grilled prime rib, potatoes, green beans, spinach salad, wine, beer and captain morgan and cokes.

Ate too much and drank too much but had a very relaxing day.

Merry Day After Christmas.

Went to visit my mom in a dementia unit and brought her out to a dinner (about 2 units away from hers). Prime rib, chicken, cake, veggies and the whole works. It was very good. No booze though. Told the wife I am sneaking in some wine for us next time.
