I still use XP Pro SP 3. I have no need to upgrade tbh. I can give you my specs via Speccy though.

I have the acer aspire x3450 its fast and does everything i need but the graphics card lets it down ATI Radeon HD 4250 i have 2TB fixed and 2TB external on it also have linux (ubuntu) on it
