It has sort of been on its way to be a released MOD for some time now. Not sure if it will ever happen due to phpBB 3.1 extensions.

Hey I also wanted to let you know, that I was working with the Tracker On localHost This Morning and that error didn't occur... Don't know if it's relevant...

The repo at github is updated with the fixed version. If you didn't notice that the ticket is closed.
There where a error in the project adding function. It could not handle when the assigned group didn't have any members. Now it handles that.
