HELP!!!

I found this site on the phpBB forums and thought this was the greatest mod ever.

I installed it using Automod, then had auto mod add the code to Black Pearl. Deleted the install/index.php like it said.

However, when doing that it added some files to the forum and it wouldnt work. I found the install folder in the forums directory and had to delete them.

After this mess, I decided to just delete it all together until i could read up on it more and figure out to install it manually.

Now, when people including me try to log into my board, they get this:


What in the world did i do?? I need to fix this ASAP before people who come to my site give up on me and my site...

PLEASE HELP! Im not worried about installing the mod, im more worried about getting it all out and making my board functional!

Remove all the file edits you have done for mod.
Pure cache.

I just did that.

Had to go though my entire directory and delete all the troll.php files.

Board is back up. Thank you for your suggestion.

Anyone know why this happened? I should have asked if this Mod was compatible with the Black Pearl Theme? Does it install correctly using AutoMod?

I'm not using automod, if i do the edits by hand i 100% sure it will be works.

The database installer portion of the MOD wasn't run.

I have this troll mod but I had to disable it recently because my hosting company said it was using too many cpu resources and producing this error message.

Open constants.php and added these to lines and mod works fine, but during installation, installer asked me for eg. styles\prosilver\theme\install_main.html
so i had to put these for files to my theme and after installation removed.

Hope you don't mind me bring up this old topic, but doing a google search, this seems the closest to my same problem.

I have done a fresh install of 3.0.8 and the latest Troll mod and I also get the following Error:

[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/constants_troll.php on line 21: Constant TROLLS_TABLE already defined
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/constants_troll.php on line 22: Constant TROLL_ACTIONS_TABLE already defined

I checked constants.php and it does not have troll, so there is no duplication, I followed the instructions done by Napus and the problem does indeed go away, but considering this was a post done in Alphe in 2008, I wanted to check why this problem would appear on a fresh install and if indeed it is correct to do what Napus says against the standard install of Evil?
