MOD description: Adds a red box to the index when there are reported or unapproved posts (and how many). So you don't have to check the MCP everytime and you will see reports and unapproved posts faster. This is only visible for moderators or admins with moderator permissions.

I wanted to let moderators/admins see reports/unapproved posts faster and not having to check the mcp.php everytime for nothing.
I think I've packaged it good (for the MODDB) and I also think all the xml files are good, so... if not: let me know!
