MOD Description : This modification add the option to highlight the topic and make it important. You can choose how to highlight the topic via ACP - General - Posting settings. You can change the color of topic title, make the topic title blinking, set it as italic, change font size, make topic title UPPERCASE or change color of topic background in viewforum.php. You can set if moderators can highlight topics too.
