MOD title: Spam Controls
MOD description: Normally when managing spam, there are specific routines specified by the administrators, for example:
1. Move post to the Trash Can forum.
2. Add user notes.
3. Ban username
4. Remove signature, avatar and other profile fields.

This MOD will allow administrators to create "default actions" when managing spam, which can be changed by the moderator (if correct permissions). Any StopForumSpam information about the IP address, email and username will also be displayed.*

There is a log in which the users' IP addresses, emails and usernames are inserted into, which allows administrators to see the biggest spamming IP addresses, usernames and email addresses.
