Mod vs a little $ is agree ?

Hi,

I never find any real help for my forum when i need specific mod.
So i search and purpose paid help.
I already have some contact i wait their prices.

I'm looking for some mods against few money, few really beaucse it's for an association, very few money inside, we will open 01/01/2010.

Send me an mp, give me a mail, i will send you my mod needed list and let you give me prices.

Quciuk explain of Exemple i need :
- Open joined pdf inside the post
- Adult check, visitor can't read checked post, topic, forum, must be register as 18+ to read check post, topic, forum.
- pdf quality check, if less than 72dpi, upload denied
some other more simple, one other more difficult.
