Apparently, according to MS, IE8 beats FireFox and Chrome on all of the following: Security, Privacy, Ease of Use, Developer Tools, Reliability, Compatibility, and Manageability. These are, according to them, a tie: Performance, Customizability, and Web Standards.

They can claim Fair Use if they want, though I don't think it'll hold back Microsoft.
