After clearing the browser cookies n stuff this site had no login i had to call the login url.

Uhmmm, if you aren't logged in then you are a guest and should not be seeing that style. Saying that, I did try out that cloudflare crap, which is a proxy of sorts, and it sucked so untried it. DNS has to propagate again to get back to normal.
