Mod with ACP entries has been updated. One can now choose to submit to the stop forum database via entering and API key gotten from stop forum spam.

Sorry, guess what I was asking is do I just need to update files or do I also need to run the install file and update anything from the prev version.

btw, thanks for this. It has stopped about 99% of the spam on my board. :)

Uninstall the mod from automod. Delete the mod from Automod. Upload the new files and reinstall via automod. Browse to the install file and choose uninstall (ignore the errors) then rerun the mod and choose install.

This new submit function, is it just auto-submitting, fairly sure that isn't allowed by SFS.

Where in the ACP do we submit info? The only thing I am seeing under the ACP is where to input my API key. Is there something in the users profile or something that I am missing?

Just updated again to the api key version all works well thanx rich :) this is better than any spam mod i'v tried.

Finally got it installed.... Works great!!!

I get an error pointing to the includes/stopforumspam.php line 122 when registering as a known spam, but the error went away when I turned off email notification.
