Flags Not showing

I successfully installed this on a new board 3.0.11, but the flags are not showing even though the mod was activated in ACP, and I can actually see the flags in ACP list of countries, and users can choose a flag during registration. Where can the problem be, please?

I cleared the cache and refreshed the template.

Did you refresh your browser? ctrl-F5
Are all the edits made in the templates?

Yes, I did all that. I uninstalled it now, then re-installed and still not showing the flags either on members' profiles or index

EDIT: I re-installed yet again and fixed it.
