You are still missing edits to the style...namely those to overall_header.html unless you didn't refresh the template and the theme in the ACP.

To answer your question, is the mod now working? The "uninstall" is from automod and is a bug as it shouldn't display the link to the mchat install file if only applying style changes from details link from the mod.
