I need help making mchat to show in one page

Hi, I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with this issue.
So here's the issue, the phpbb3 forum structure dictates that on the homepage you can only have categories or sub forums and not topics. So a way around that issue for me, was to redirect my users directly to a sub forum where topics could work. I would like mchat to work only in that page but when I set up the code under overall_header.html or forum_body.html it comes out saying "mchat is not available right now"
So in other words, mchat only works here : fvpaa.com/forum and I want it to work only in here : http://fvpaa.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=233 .
Please let me know if that's possible.
