I have not had flags on the index in my main forum for ages.
And I have not been able to track down the error. But I just discovered that it is related to Artys mobile device detection addon.
When mobile device detection is enabled, the flag mod disappeares.

Hmm, thats hard to argue with.
It must be related to something else then. Which in combination with device detection short circuits something.
