Problem with images in mchat

Good day.
I have installed the mchat 1.3.5 in my forum 7 or 8 month ago.
And i have 1 bug maybe or problem: when i want add link to img in [img] tag, i need to refresh page to see my picture.
Immediately after sending the picture is not visible, although it must load by ajax.

Could you tell me the solution to this problem, thanks.
