You already have that table column in users table ;)
Some one has tried to install the mod previously or you are trying to run the installer twice..

i have another problem i don,t see a icon in status
i see only this icon pm,mail,www but not a skype icon

Refresh the image set for your style and refresh your web browser cache ..

That's because they are added automatically by skype. Ensure you have the edits to the overall_header.html file for the style you are using and/or link to your website.
