Et comment afficher une Annonce juste en bas du M-chat ?

You will need to be more specific than "it makes me a mess not possible" for anyone to aid in sorting out your problem.

If you wanted your Newly registered users not to see the mChat Archives but still be able to use the chat.

Set the permissions like this:

How does that make you a mess? It should work for you.
Permissions can even be set on specific users in the ACP.
