how to insert mchat on index page? and problems....

Hi ! I have a problem
I installed the MCHAT on phpbb forum but do not see it
I would like it placed on the home page like this site
however, if I open it I have seen that does not work, I see a charging icon and I can not send messages
I prefer a detailed guide because I'm not an expert in programming but if you tell me what to do; I do

If you installed it via Automod, click on the details link of the mod scroll to the bottom of the page and apply prosilver to 360Elite style. Refresh the template and theme of the style in the ACP after doing that.

You have to edit the required files. Extract the zip file on your desktop first. Then open up install.xml with a browser and follow the instructions.
