phpBB forum help, please

Post by Chauncey »

Hi,

Who do I need to talk to about getting some help with our phpBB forum? I'd like to get RMcGirr83 to do some forum work.

I'd say you need to talk to RmcGirr83. His prices are reasonable.

Ok, but, how do I contact RmcGirr83 because when I go to the contact form you linked to it can be confusing when it says:
"If you need more information or would like a quote on a custom modification or server/forum administration services, please do not hesitate to contact me."
But when I go there it says:
"Please use the contact form only if there is no other way to contact us."
So, I hope RmcGirr83 will send me a PM.

i am quite sure if you are going to be a paying customer, he won't mind the contact....Think about before you contact him though. He goes to work every day (high stress work) so this is not his full time job. But he will work according to his phpbb service agreement. He's an honest guy but he does not BS around....

Send me a PM if you like....and keep in mind what Ooopsie stated as I am not one that likes to waste time so to speak.

I give up trying to ask you for any help at the forum. It's like pulling teeth. I've been asking you for help for months now. What is the problem?

You sent me a PM on July 27th, I responded. You sent me another PM on July 30th..it is now the 16th of August. That is hardly "months now". This is not my full time job and, to be honest, I had forgotten. I only work with phpBB, I don't know nor use Wordpress. I have responded to your PM.

Actually, I had been asking for help since September 2013: http://rmcgirr83.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3687

Doesn't matter now, we found someone who will respond
