Open the install xml file in your browser and do the edits the mod has you do for subsilver2, then read the first post.

Re: mChat Acidtech style
Thanks for linking me back to this rmcgirr.
However, I already have mchat installed and working on extremedarkred style but want it transferred to acidtech.
mchat_body.html is not in the acidtech/template folder nor is acidtech/template/mchat_avatars.html and acidtech/template/mchat_no_avatars.html
How would I go around changing these to work in acidtech?
I've already gone to ACP - automod - details - and changed the bottom from 'extremedarkred' to 'acidtech' and made the changes they tell me to but still nothing happens apart from breaking my boards with a list of errors.

In ACP / Automod / Details of mChat / at the bottom you select
(left sidd) subsilver2 type install, to (right side) acidtech style then click Submit
Force the install and then follow the instructions on the first post.
Don't forget to refresh your templates and theme for your acidtech style
and refresh your browser after that.

Re: mChat Acidtech style
Yes, I edit all what was said in the first pist and what automod came up with too and it broke my boards several times upon trying.
Mchat is already installed but is there anyway I can uninstall it, take it out of ACP completely so that I can have a fresh install of it?
Because it comes up as missing several files
mchat_avatars
mchat_bbcodes
mchat_body
mchat_color
mchat_no_avatars
mchat_rules
mchat_stats
mchat.css

Also... where it says 'find'
<a href="{U_FAQ}"><img src="{T_THEME_PATH}/images/icon_mini_faq.gif" width="12" height="13" alt="*" /> {L_FAQ}</a>
'add after'
<!-- IF S_MCHAT_ENABLE and U_MCHAT --> <a href="{U_MCHAT}#mChat"><img src="{T_THEME_PATH}/images/icon_mini_groups.gif" width="12" height="13" alt="{L_MCHAT_TITLE}" /> {L_MCHAT_TITLE}</a><!-- ENDIF -->
The line Cannot be found in my acidtech/template/overall_header.html

Re: mChat Acidtech style
Do the second step stated in the first post instead.

Re: mChat Acidtech style
You want the link with the new styles installed and Mchat not there or the old style with mchat there and working?
