Hello,

I´m trying to install mChat in my phpbb3 forum but I´m having the following error...

I have talking with a web operator (hostgator) and he could not do anything.

Can you help me please?

I´m trying adding the following line to de "mchat_install.php" file but does not work:
$php_root_path = "/home4/venne/public_html/forum/";

Do I have to move "mchat_install" file to /home4/venne/public_html/forum?

You need to copy all files within the mod into the root of your forum retaining the directory structure.
