issue with mChat

Hello,
could you please help me with this mChat issue I have on style we_clearblue. Chat is displayed on the index page at the bottom.
As you can see on the screenshot (in the attachtment of this message) inside the red square the positioning of mChat is not as it should be. What do I have to do to move the text in the red square underneath the mChat box?
