I've split your post. Anyway, are those the only files involved with that mod and what exactly is a "Tag board"?

Besides some template files (which I don't think we're interested to, are we?) yes, just those two. For tag board i mean a sort of chat, with limited functionality. You can see how it looks like here: http://www.socialismotascabile.it
