Can you please disable the top posters section of the portal, then re-validate?

Can you switch the board language to english and revalidate again?

the Error comes only if "Recent Topic" AND "Hover-Mod" is in the Portal activated in all languages.

Try the attached one instead...please make sure you have a backup of your original prior to overwriting the file.

In "portal/block/announcements.php" i've found it 2x;
in "portal/block/news.php" 2x
i'll change it all.
