RSS Feeds posted in annoucements leads to a topic whose link gives a page load error.

No, no. The MOD of the Month is actually Load Error Page by Barrycarlyon, that was a demo. :P

Huh, well his download server is out of order at the moment. :(

Ah I see what you mean.

It seems that barrycarlyon has been working very hard in real life, and hasn't had time to update yet.
