Paypal donation advice

Hello,

I would like to add paypal donation to my forum, so I need to open a paypal account.
This account will be used to pay for web hosting as well as for receiving donations.
I don't expect many donations, but still...

So my question is: what type of paypal account should I open? private, premium, business?
I couldn't understand clearly from paypal site, only that fees are different.
And how do I allow others to donate to my paypal using their credit card (let's say if they don't have paypal account), like it's done on this site?

You have to have a business account to be able to accept credit cards.
