What do you all think of the corronavirus pandemic and the measures being taken to combat it? Think it is over-hyped or not being taken seriously enough?

It's definitely not being taken seriously enough. Some people(you know who) keep referencing pre-existing conditions. The problem is that people without pre-existing conditions are dying. Like 19 and 21 year olds with perfect health. Whose autopsy's show no pre-existing conditions. Also it shouldn't matter if people have pre-existing conditions as they were doing just fine before COVID-19. It's completely infuriating the dense and uncaring group of people out there both those in charge and the general populace.

I absolutely agree. I'm not a Democrat but man, the other party has adopted a policy of being against health and safety. They are even acting like a hivemind, parroting the same talking points from Trump, and acting like everything is good now that he is in power. The whitehouse is infected with COVID-19! I just seen someone post on another board that we were wasting time and money on vaccine research! Man, these people are delusional. I hate to say that about my fellow countrymen, but it is true, and the world is probably laughing at us as a result.
