agreement.tpl MOD

Hello! I noticed that in this board and in other boards as well has a different agreement.tpl. But when I downloaded the exact same styles, it's still the old agreement.tpl . I really like the MOD'd agreement.tpl (the one with checkbox and textbox and no COPPA. But I can't seem to find the MOD for it. I know it's easy to do, but I'm puzzled why so many boards have it. I'd feel better if I have the MOD so it can be a part of my EasyMOD history which would be nice if organized. Thanks!

Hope someone can point me to that file or MOD if ever it exists.

Default Agreement it's useless....I used to put board rules before the user register
