In Topic / Post view, the "Joined:" isn't it a bit too accurate? lol I mean why in the world would I need the exact time? hours, minutes... I think its too much, day, month, year is more than enough don't you think?
Plus, half the time it creates an extra line just for the exact time or the "PM, AM" Sh*** lol

In phpBB 2 they used a separate date format in the language files for that. I guess they changed it to make it configurable in the ACP/UCP. I agree that it is a bit too detailed, but I guess it would be useful for pinpointing the time of day that most people register.
