Board style like phpBB Modders?

Hey there. I have recently changed my PHPbb3.0.2 boards to be a fixed width of about 1000pixels and added a background image. It doesn't look very clean since the white phpbb backgrounds are just box corners ontop of my grey background. I would like to have the boards embedded within a fram just like phpBB modders has done. Can anyone let me know how this was done? Is it a simple modification? Thanks in advance! Great site!
