Custom Stats in User Statistics?

Im not sure whether this is a MOD, if it is, apologies for posting in wrong section.

My question is, how do i make custom statistic settings like this?

Well, some of those are actually a modification,
but some can be accomplished with the custom profile field feature phpBB3 has.

Go to: ACP > Users & Groups > Custom Profile Fields
From there you can manage the fields, add new ones etc.

So for example, make on called: Real name
And people can fill in their name.
(Make sure to check your load settings at the bottom: ACP > (Left Sidebar) > Load Settings > bottom 3 options.
