Interested in learning

Ha, it's all good. I didn't think of it either, till I was like hm I wonder if this would work. Gave it a try, and was like cool! HA

Now I think earlier, or whatever... You guys had mentioned that I should like dissect a mod that has already been created, and works with phpbb3 board and see how it works and is coded and so forth.

Which one would you suggest me trying? Something easy? Something to get me started sort of thing.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

You can try any MOD, really. If you need a starting point, you can look at my "Evil Quick Reply" MOD.

Oh!! Also, what and how do I do the whole MODX stuff? lol Those files that are required.. Where it tells you what to find, and how to replace it, or add or before and after.. Those. lol

Yeah, it's hard to start, but in time you'll become a whiz if you pay attention to what others suggest.

I sometimes get lost on how to use that guide because I'm not sure what I'm looking for in that or even how to use it correctly.

It's not really a guide, more a technical documentation. It's not really suited for beginners in my opinion. But a useful tool to look something up.
