Board disable

I have a question about this MOD Board disable I found the MOD here

If I install this MOD on my test forum board then see the visitors/guests the disable page ?
And me as administrator what see I also the disable page or can I see just my test forum board ?

If you are logged in, you see the normal forum. You need to manually go to ucp.php?mode=login to be able to login.

I post 3 posts yesterday night but 1 of the 3 posts that I have post here is visible for me, The other 2 post must be Approved ?

The reason is because all new users are on Moderation Queue until they have 2 posts approved. That and I wasn't feeling well yesterday, so hadn't got around to checking in over here.
