I finally solved this problem.

National flags is setup for mchat on my forum. I removed the national flags include entries from within mchat and placed them into my portal index instead.

It took two days to locate the issue, but i got there in the end

I'm asking because maximum time to submit forms was set on 7200 before and it does not make sense to have it higher than the session length. Not sure if this is right lol
