Its still 1hr behind, I enabled daylight saving etc. Like I said the servers time is out by 1hr too so I reckon it could be something to do with that? I'm not sure.

I currently have my time zone to GMT and I have checked my severs time with a script and it states it in GMT but their GMT is 1 hour behind, I've change my time zone to +1 in the admin area and nothing happened but I wouldn't want to have it changed to +1 anyway as it states the wrong time zone. Ive not tried it for a few days, all is working now! i have no idea what happend. I cleared all the cookies and temp files. Maybe i just needed a hard re-boot after.
