Play mmorpgs?
As soon as I get my internet back I want to get into another mmorpg, anyone know of something that just came out or is about to? I've done the hellgate london thing.. no. I've played wow, then moderated for wow (private server), then ran a wow private server, then did custom code and content for it....

Re: Hate IE? (With Images)
Well they say IE8 will solve all our problems.... I doubt it, given microsofts history and recent massive failure from vista. Mac is crushing them with ease and even full on insulting them on TV commercials. I find it completely hilarious and due.. My future designs WFS or White Fusion Skins will be...

Re: Hate IE? (With Images)
There's 2 more ways too, but I can't remember them, anyhow was just giving an example. Wait till you see what I have to do to the code to get IE6 to render the WF Mac Pro style... it's hideous but worth the look of the style. I still don't think prosilver was written to ever consider editing the sty...

Re: Hate IE? (With Images)
Yea I've had plenty of issues with IE..
I would have just specified different code for diff browsers..
like ..
margin: 0 5px;
_margin: 0 0;
IE will see it and nothing else will..
It won't validate of course, but sometimes there's no other way

Re: Hate IE? (With Images)
Was the menu something you wrote up yourself? I just can't see you not being able to get it right, I've seen your work before.
There are tons of drop down menu's everywhere, if you're still interested in making it a drop down, I can help.

Re: Hate IE? (With Images)
And you just gave up? lol
There is never a reason to let IE win, not once have I backed down from an idea even though IE didn't like it.
If it doesn't validate strict anymore that's one thing, I can understand that being a prosilver style (since strict is the new fad now-a-days...)

Hate IE? (With Images)
I originally posted this at my site, but I remember reading some remarks from eviL<3 when I was installing a mod about internet explorer problems so I'm going to quote myself here... As I sit at home designing styles or mods or whatever, it never fails that I run into some sort of problem when that ...

Re: Using IF statements; complete list?
Well, I played around a little and came up with this.. which works but I still feel that I didn't do it right In index.php I added this // Testing Post Count $test = $user->data['user_posts'] < 1; $template->assign_vars( array( 'TEST' => $test) ); Then in the template I used this <!-- IF TEST -->You...

Re: Using IF statements; complete list?
Awesome, thanks Ganon_Master! I'll mess around with it and post back with success or failure stories lol Edit : Ok, posting back the failure lol It's almost there, but not quiet, I'm trying to find an example of what you posted used somewhere else for the exact markup but apparently it's never been ...

Email inactive users?
Someone brought this up to me, and since I was here posting the other question I think I should ask this too Is there a way to make phpbb3 email a user if they have become inactive on the board for 2 weeks? With the "2 weeks" being configurable as well as the emailed message? A push in the...

Using IF statements; complete list?
Hey, I'm trying to find a list, and I've looked everywhere but I can't find it. As a designer I'm trying to expand my knowledge of the new system and make use of the very handy new IF statements but I have no idea what all is possible. I know this would take time, but maybe not for some of you mod g...

Re: Can link variables ({U_LOGIN_LOGOUT}) be used from an xm
Do you know of a place where I can learn how to do that?
I generally know how, and what files, but still not good enough to write it myself off the top of my head.
Should I just look at mcp.php for the details area and copy and paste until I get it right?
