I would not bother with security mods, as long as your forum is kept up to date you wont be hacked. There has not been a signle real report of hacking the newer versions of the forums. Security mods May have their own security issues and may leave back doors into your forum, plus most are made for t...

Yeah hosting the mods right on your site, you may end up with an older version of the mod and if someone downloads that and runs into issues, it could be a nightmare.

As a Web designer, I have done sitees with and with out tables, both using CSS. Depending on how something in coded, both cay either be really easy t edit, or a nightmare.
it all depends on how the page is coded.

So in a word, yes Evil, it could be.

You mean one for your site, not a forum? I have one I made that I use to use on my site. Smilies worked, had a admin area (sort of), uses flat files to store the data as well. Worked rather well.

Re: Need help centering a print on paper though Photoshop

Please don't tell me to use 'center to page ' or 'scale to fit' been there, done that, both still will not print to the center of the page . Theres a larger margin on one side then the other. And nothing I do will remove it. I said I already tried that. There is still a margin on the right side of ...

Need help centering a print on paper though Photoshop

I got a project due for collage but I am running into a bit of a snag. I need to make a brochure in Photoshop CS2, basic paper size, 8.5x11, and have it prited. I got it made, but I can't get it to print to the center of the page, instead theres a bit of a margin on the right edge. This wouldn't be ...

Most of the security mods out there only add to the issue. Some can make new holes in your forums security that you are unaware of that may allow hackers in. Theres a reason why most are not validated by the MODDB. Some of them are also old, and not made for the current version of phpbb. Thuss may t...

I see no real reason why you should use any of these 'security' mods. phpbb IS very tightly secure, there has not been a single reported hacking of a forum that has an up to date installation.

I use it, but use an older version, as the new for whatever reason refuses to work for me. It works exactly like the admin pannle only it don't have all the options admins do. You can add or remove what modorators do have access to by deleteing files or taking an admin file and editing to for modora...
