Users cannot see chat window

Hey guys, I did a search but didnt find anything. I recently installed mchat and on the admin end it seems to be working fine. I had a couple of buddys that recently registered in my forum try log in to test the chat on the user end but for some reason they were unable to view the chat all together, and also didnt see the mchat button on the navigation bar. do i need to set user permissions or somthing in order for them to view the chat?

yes you need to set permissions for other users to see the chat

Check the Permission Masks under the Permissions Tab.
There must be a Never set somewhere for this person.
Go to User Based Permissions under Permissions tab, and type in his name, and check his mChat permissions.
If it's saying Never click the little o-> to the left of the permission, to see what is resulting in this.

That's a pain to do. Then you'd end up doing it for all users probably. The best thing is to set the group permissions IMHO.

That's what I meant to say.
Type in the username and see where the permission is being restricted.
If it's a Usergroup, then correct it.
I didn't mean set permissions for each user individually
