Error after installing Contact Admin Mod

So running in the development environment that doesn't have Cloudflare in front of it, the same error occurs.

I will point out that this Forum has allot of different mods running on it, its possible there is some sort of a conflict, because a fresh install of phpbb this mod installs and runs just fine.

I'll go ahead and fix it and then report the real problem here.

In regards to mchat and CDN's, /shrug usually post's bypass CDN's, but I can see how really aggressive caching either at the CDN or in the browser could cause some issues, when reading other peoples posts, though I'm not sure it would cause the double post problem he was describing.

Sorry for making you angry, I can come across as kinda a jerk when I don't think something is logical.

My guess is that one of the mods installed on this particular instance is causing issues with this autoinstall.
