[Propostion] mChat robot/bot

Is it possible to make such addon/option (robot/bot) to mChat?
That robot/bot will be answer when user will write specific word ex.:
User: Hello!
Robot/bot: Hi useranme! Hello! Etc.

Also can have others functions such as commands, ex.:
you write: !user Pico and you get basic information about user
That would be nice

PS.: I used the such function in phpBB2 Shoutbox.

Seeing as how it's a [Proposition] it sounds like there's money to be made. Some gals I used to know, made 1k a night with Proposition's.

I have to write ACP Panel and after that I will release it
Now I can say, I have finished 2 types of answers of bot:
1) user text -> bot text and
2) user text -> random bot text (write 'Hello' and see if you get Hello or Hi answer).
