Hi i want to make that mod for my forum, it's a wet shave forum.
Users want to be able to preview the products they buy. So im starting to wonder if i can make it happen!

Please could you help me?
Im kinda new in php, i know how to code, but it is more like "i swim only where i can stand". :D

So i was thinking that this MOD is like "Poll".
Thats why im thinking lets make 2 new tables in the phpbb db.
something like :
Code: Select all
phpbb_prod_prev_opttions
phpbb_prod_previews

that will have exactly what poll tables has!
declared the constants.

Please correct me if im wrong.
What's next?

What files do i have to edit?
is there anything that i could read?
In order not to bother you with questions like this one???

Thanks!

I wonder if some of your questions would not be better in viewforum.php?f=86.

Anyhow, the MOD format would be MODX, assuming you will release this thing. If not it is not a MOD at all.

http://wiki.phpbb.com/Main_Page is a great place to start at. And maybe http://area51.phpbb.com/docs/code/30x/ too.
