Thanks to rmcgirr83 for fixing the issue, after resizing the varchar to 500 and making sure the bbcodes I dont want does not end with | char all worked out fine. Thank you Sir!

Just a note. After removing all the bbcodes from the do not use acp box, all the bbcodes seem to work again. then I place them back and the bbcodes no longer work.

Changed it to 1000 and no problems. Although it seems as if no bbcodes work but they did before. The smilies work excellent. The first issue has been resolved thank you RMcGirr83.
