Nothing with default flag don't have select flag in profile. Just do not understand why the flag is not displayed to all users on the page and the next page already ok and then again not.

And i have one idea. In DB I see, that users, which don't set flag, have a set user_flag ID on 0 (zero).
I think, that simplest way is changing info, that if user have set user_flag zero show default flag. What do you thing? It is possible?
