Nice code but I prefer to use my 'Link to Us' page as a new page and they click the new page and it comes up instead of the popup as not a fan of popup's.

Users don't want random generated passwords. They are usually difficult to remember. I use it frequently my self. Use RoboForm and back it up daily. It was just a though.
