Smileys and BBcode not working

Hello,

Before starting this topic, I have searched the forums for various tricks, none of which seem to help. I am still having the issue where if you click a smiley it goes to the top of the screen.
My editor.js also looks ago but that's not to say I didn't miss anything.

I've created a guest account at the site if someone has time for a look.
