How I can change date format from 19 Jan 2014, 19:45:15 to 1 minute ago in Top Five?

Open the top_five.php file in the includes folder and see. Being you are in phpBB Romanian support team it shouldn't be difficult for you to see why.

Or an even better solution would be to change your time settings in your user control panel...not everyone wants to see "one minute ago".
